Description
Le Bois de l'Utopie is a two-hectare wooded area with hidden cabins where you can reconnect with nature.
It's also a resource center staffed by care and well-being professionals.
You can come and benefit from different massage techniques, take part in yoga sessions, discover the benefits of sophrology and naturopathy, take part in cooking and gardening workshops, or be accompanied by a professional coach.
The center is also involved in local life through the association La Cachette de l'Ecureuil.
