Hévéa Appart' Hôtel is a 3-star residence ideally located just a stone's throw from Valence's old town center. Just a ten-minute walk from the "Centre-Ville" train and bus stations, Hévéa is ideal for short, medium or long stays, for leisure or business.
Hévéa offers 46 comfortable apartments, ranging from 18 to 38 m², including two studios for people with reduced mobility and five business or family apartments.
Depending on your needs and desires, the residence offers three types of studio:
The standard studio, from 18 to 20 m² for one or two people, with a fully-equipped kitchenette, shower room, desk and TV.
The business studio, from 35 to 38 m² for one or two people, with the same facilities as the standard studio but with an additional lounge area.
The family studio, 35 to 38 m² for 2 adults and two children, combining two independent studios with a shared entrance and 2 shower rooms.
Despite the kitchenette, Hévéa also offers breakfast in your room, just like at a hotel, so you can get off to a good start in the morning.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the residence also offers free use of the wellness area. A sauna and a fully-equipped fitness room will help you relax or make sure you don't miss your workout. Laundry facilities are also available on site.

Depending on your needs and desires, the residence offers 3 types of studio:
The budget studio, 15 m², and the double or twin studio for one or two people, with a fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, desk and TV.
The family studio, approx. 25 m², for 2 adults and two children, with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a desk and a TV.
The kitchenettes are equipped with crockery, microwave, electric hob, fridge, kettle and coffee maker.
We also offer a very large apartment for 1 to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, a large living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very large terrace with a view over Valence and the Vercors mountain range.
A laundry room is also available on site, and we offer access to the condominium garage upon reservation.
Reception is open from 8am to 12pm and from 5pm to 9pm.
Housekeeping is provided once a week for stays of 4 or more consecutive nights.
A room service breakfast is available on arrival.
