Come and enjoy a picnic featuring truffled charcuterie, truffled cheese and truffled desserts made with truffles from our farm. An all-inclusive day (walk, truffle-hunting demonstration, history of the farm...).
Schedule for the day :
10:20 am: Welcome at the private parking lot
10:30am: Presentation of our farm
11:00 am: Showing of a film on the life of the black truffle
11:30 am: Stroll in the truffle fields (cavage if harvest period and weather conditions permit)
12:15pm: Lunch at our Ferme-Auberge
2:30 pm: End of tour (approximate time at the end of the day)
La Baume St Antoine est ravie de vous accueillir pour une visite et des explications sur la truffe noire.
Exploitation familiale située en Drôme des Collines, avec des terrains sableux propices à la récolte de la truffe. Nous serons enchantés de vous expliquer notre métier..notre passion.
