La Baravane à Jus is a 1978 Eriba caravan converted into a non-alcoholic beverage bar. It travels to markets, festivals, corporate events and private events in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
We offer different types of non-alcoholic beverages (fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, sparkling drinks, coffees, teas, etc.) pastries, all homemade, with fresh, seasonal, mostly organic and local products.
We also offer plant-based catering services, for a truly natural and gourmet cuisine. Custom recipes, from aperitif to dessert, plated service or buffet, the choice is yours.
We work with an eco-responsible, zero-waste approach, directly with most producers.
