Description

After several years of renovations, the Maison du Mouton opened its doors in January 2025!
The goal of the Maison du Patrimoine is to provide information about our heritage and offer a new perspective on our region, the Pays de Romans.

The temporary exhibition "Îlot du Mouton, Portraits of a Restoration" explores the impressive restoration project of this Maison du Mouton and the adjoining building. By giving voice to the stakeholders involved, this exhibition reveals the different facets of this major heritage project.

The Valence Romans Agglo region is organized around two central cities, Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, each representing their own unique landscape features: the Valence Plain and the Drôme des Collines.

The objective of these two Heritage Houses in the Valence Romans Agglo region is to raise awareness and provide keys to understanding through exhibitions, activities, and tours. They are places of information, sharing, and education.
