Le Béruchet is a pleasant holiday home in which we will be happy to welcome you. Adjoining our house, you have a separate entrance and our outdoor spaces are facing away, you will benefit from no vis-à-vis. The entrance opens onto the corridor which serves the 2 cozy bedrooms (140x190) (140x190), the bathroom, the separate toilet and the convivial living room fitted out in length with adjoining access to the terrace. A Japanese-style staircase leads to the attic mezzanine. Outside just for you: North-West facing terrace, shaded garden of almost 800m², parking. Given the pleasant accessibility almost on one level (only 1 step), it is an ideal formula which lends itself to families with young children, seniors or anyone wishing to easily wander around. The extra thing? Enjoy a peaceful stay, don't worry about sheets, towels, and cleaning, because everything is included! Here you will appreciate the calm of the Drôme countryside and the tranquility of the place. At the foot of the Vercors, the environment is wonderful for those who love peace and nature. In the village: bar-tabac-restaurant, bakery-pastry shop, market on the 2nd Saturday of each month, performance hall "Les Ateliers Magiques de Dany Lary", impressive Barberolle parade, ruins of the Pellafol castle, hiking and mountain biking trails, climbing site on the river bank, flower garden (picnic tables and thematic trail), road to the Col de Tourniol (1,145m, 12.5km, positive elevation gain of 729m). Not far away: supermarket (only 10min in Montélier and Chatuzange), Romans-sur-Isère (Marques Avenue, international shoe museum, historic center), Tour de Barcelonne, Valence-Saint Didier golf course (18 holes), the swimming pools of Bourg-de-Péage, Chabeuil, Peyrus, the bike park of St-Vincent la Commanderie, Indian's valley of Hostun.
