Pause Dej' is an eco-responsible foodtruck in Valence, Bourg-lès-Valence and Romans !

Pause Déj offers fresh, local produce from the Drôme: pure beef or vegan hot dogs, fresh salads, veggie poké bowls, muffins and fruit salads. Discover our homemade dishes in Valence and the surrounding area!

The Pause Déj' foodtruck project was born out of an observation that emerged when we were talking to people around us: street food offerings revolved all the time around burgers and pizzas, and there was a crying lack of healthier offerings such as fresh fruit salads, fresh salads and so on.
In 2022, Pause Déj' remedied this situation and chose to play the role of a relay point for local suppliers and producers to promote our region.

Our aim is to promote the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region through quality local products.
To achieve this, we guarantee :
- short-distance produce,
- homemade dishes,
- environmentally-friendly packaging.
