La Baume Saint Antoine Truffle Farm
The truffle farm offers a guided tour and an introduction to truffle hunting, including access to the truffle trees and a film screening.
Once freed from its earthy coating, the truffle looks like a black tuber covered with tiny diamond-like points and finely veined with white inside. It can grow to the size of a fist and is instantly recognisable by its powerful, wild aroma.

Pogne Museum
Discover the story of Pogne Pascalis! The visit includes a guided tour of the production workshops, a film and a tasting of the famous brioche, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages.
The guided tour lasts 45 minutes. During the tour of the working bakery, you can watch the production of pognes and St-Genix brioches. A film takes you on a journey through time, offering an insight into the expertise and traditions behind these local specialities.
The tour concludes with a tasting of authentic pogne, a speciality that has made the Pascalis name famous for four generations.

Cité de la raviole
The visit to the Cité de la Raviole de la Mère Maury in Romans includes a museum trail, exhibition displays and a video area where you can discover everything there is to know about ravioles.
